Yesterday was great! Happy early birthday Mel!! We all met at the Straits Kitchen in Hyatt before Mel and her family came in, then when she walked in, she was SO STUNNED to see like 20 of her friends there waiting to celebrate her birthday with her :) We were darn good in keeping it sotto voce huh? It all happened during Champagne's lit lecture on Wednesday. We were passing notes around right under her nose and she didn't even have a clue on what was going on. Even Zhaoxin and Van Mok were there. It was just great to see them again. First-3-months 04A03 people :):)
The look on Mel's face was priceless! MEL, I'm glad you managed to open that huge glass lamp :) Must say that your mom's really really generous, and very sweet :)
There was this speaker at the PSC Seminar yesterday whose name was "Whee Jim". Dav, Junxu and Sam kept laughing at me. Gosh. It DID sound very odd when the emcee was introducing him though. Ha.
I hate guys who ask their friends to come up to you and get your number. I mean, just do it yourself you know? *shudders*
